Community Support Connections is a non-profit in Waterloo Region dedicated to enabling people to live at home with independence and dignity. Our vision is a community where everyone feels at home. Valued, connected, and empowered. Our values are reflected in our name: Community Support Connections. We’re community-based, building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, caregivers, volunteers, donors, and partners. Every day, we work to make sure the people we serve feel cared for, respected, and supported.
